He's an ultra-endurance athlete, a Certified High Performance Coach, and the host of The Do Hard Things Podcast. He's the founder of Do Hard Things™ Nation and the creator of The Forged Path™ — the 4-phase system he walks a small number of driven men through each year inside The Forge. He came back from a night in the woods he didn't expect to walk out of. He now guides men coming back from their own. He believes a man at peace is a man at war with the right things.
